Apps for iPhone
However — effective August 22, 2026
However does not collect, store, or share any personal information.
The app has no accounts, no sign-up, and no login. It never asks for your name, your email address, or anything else about you — and there is no server on the other side that could receive it.
The stories you write, the sentences the app writes back, and the phrasal verbs you have used are saved only on your device, using Apple’s SwiftData. They are not uploaded anywhere.
Story continuations and grammar suggestions come from Apple’s Foundation Models framework, which runs entirely on your iPhone. Your sentences are not sent to us or to anyone else to be processed.
The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs, and it makes no network requests of its own. Opening the links on the About screen hands an address to your browser; from that point your browser’s own privacy terms apply.
Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app deletes all of it. There is no separate request to make.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
